Friday Knock Offs: Round Two a celebration of noise, mateship, and whatever’s left in the fridge.Archies Creek Hotel. Free entry.Clock off, rock on.
B.I.T.C. is back and in the lead-up to our second event, we’re running a series of seriously good times known as Friday Knock Offs. Because honestly, is there anything better? This round, we’re turning the pub into a thunder pit of local legends, loud guitars, and questionable decisions. The beers are cold, the amps are hot, and the work week’s getting sent off in South Gippsland style.
RATBIRD
Straight outta Gippsland and louder than a bin fire behind a servo. Ratbird are the punk trio you didn’t know you needed. Fronted by the unstoppable Dickarms (yes, really), they’re flanked by two weathered punks who play drums in Crocs and scream bloody murder on bass. Subtle? Never. Entertaining? Always.
BENNI HEDGERS
Born from the surf and sizzle of the Mornington Peninsula, Benni Hedgers are a 5-piece garage rock outfit built on groove, grit, and genuine energy. Their punchy lyrics and layered rhythms move bodies and melt pretence — swapping instruments mid-set just to keep you guessing. Honest, raw, and impossible to ignore.
